Premier Inn in Qatar seeks an experienced culinary supervisor to lead kitchen operations, maintain high standards, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will manage daily food production, train staff, and uphold safety and sanitation policies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead kitchen shift operations and ensure compliance with Food & Beverage policies
• Prepare and cook foods for regular service and special events
• Manage daily production needs and communicate requirements
• Operate and maintain department equipment and report malfunctions
• Maintain purchasing, receiving and storage standards for sanitation and safety
• Provide coaching and training to department staff
• Develop new applications and improvements to processes
• Inspire and celebrate performance excellence among team members
