The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team of culinary professionals, manage budgets, and drive excellence in all food & beverage services within a luxury hotel environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.
• OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage budget and cost controls.
• Lead kitchen staff and actively prepare items to meet required specifications.
• Ensure sanitation, food handling and safety standards across all kitchen areas.
• Develop, train, and mentor staff; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain quality, presentation, and consistency of all dishes to uphold brand standards.
