Job summary

Lusail International Circuit, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver temporary structures and site services for the international championship. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance and removal of grandstands, broadcast facilities, and operational compounds, with emphasis on safety, quality and sustainability.

The role requires 5-8 years in site or venue operations, a Bachelor's degree, and current Qatar residency with NOC where needed.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in site management, venue operations, event operations, or infrastructure delivery.
Health and safety knowledge and compliance experience.
Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours during event operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day site operations before, during, and after the event.
Coordinate venue setup, overlay installation, and dismantling activities.
Manage site logistics, contractor access, and operational readiness.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless site delivery.
Monitor site safety, compliance, and adherence to event operational standards.
Identify and resolve on-site operational issues to maintain event continuity.
Support venue inspections, testing, and readiness activities.
Maintain site documentation and provide operational reports throughout the project.
