Job summary

JobLeader in Lusail, Qatar, is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead our projects from planning through to completion. You will oversee schedules, budgets, safety and quality to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, has at least 5 years of construction management experience on large-scale commercial or residential developments, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
• Experience with large-scale commercial or residential projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience with project management software preferred
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions to upper management regularly
• Monitor project site safety and compliance with regulations
• Hire and train staff members as needed
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the construction process
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
