Job summary

Lusail International Circuit in Qatar seeks a seasoned event leader to direct the planning and execution of international motorsport and major events, ensuring readiness and an exceptional stakeholder experience.

You will oversee end-to-end event planning across site services, workforce, paddock, hospitality, logistics, and venue operations, manage budgets, and coordinate with governing bodies, sponsors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality events.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive event management experience.
• Significant leadership responsibility in motorsport or large-scale events.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end planning and delivery of major international events.
• Coordinate multiple event functions to align timelines and resources.
• Oversee site services, paddock, hospitality, fan zones, logistics and venue operations.
• Establish KPIs and provide post-event evaluations.
