Job summary

Nexans Qatar International Cable Company-Mesaieed is seeking a Senior Back Office Sales Coordinator to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Sales function. You will manage the sales process from inquiries through tender preparation, order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.

The role requires a degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Accounting, 3–5 years of experience in sales back office or tendering, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Document Control certification is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Sales Back Office or Tendering.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support to the Sales function.
• Manage the sales process from inquiries through quotation, tender preparation, orders, delivery, and payment follow-up.
• Coordinate document-control activities and maintain accurate filing and traceability.
• Prepare commercial offers, price lists, and customer documentation.
• Maintain updated project and order-status records and report progress to the Sales team.
