Job summary

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North in Doha is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to develop and implement targeted sales strategies that drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships across corporate accounts and partners. You will lead, motivate, and support the sales team, collaborate with Marketing, and pursue new business opportunities to meet the hotel’s commercial objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Sales, Marketing or Hospitality).
• 3–5 years sales experience with leadership or supervisory roles.
• Proven track record of meeting targets and growing revenue.
• Excellent English and Arabic; strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, corporate accounts, and business partners.
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
• Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to develop promotional activities and maximize sales opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance against established KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Maintain accurate client databases, sales records, and pipeline reports.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry functions as required.
