Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead the sales team. You will identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and negotiate high-value contracts in a luxury hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of sales experience with leadership exposure, strong communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus).

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, corporate accounts, and business partners.
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
• Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to develop promotional activities and maximize sales opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance against established KPIs and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Maintain accurate client databases, sales records, and pipeline reports.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry functions as required.
