Job summary

Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive sales across rooms, meetings, and events. You will coordinate with multiple departments, build key client relationships, and ensure service excellence while meeting revenue targets.

The role requires 2–4 years in Meetings & Events or Sales within hospitality, with experience in the Middle East preferred and proficiency in hotel PMS and S&C systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Meetings & Events, Sales, Banquet Operations, or Event Management.
• Experience in the Middle East is preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS and sales & catering systems (Opera Cloud, Anis, Cvent, Passk, or similar platforms).
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Director of Sales, implement all sales activities and maximize opportunities in own area.
• Strong knowledge of event planning, banquet operations, conference management and guest service standards.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate events from planning to execution.
