Job summary

Zillion Solutions Trading WLL in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Presales Engineer for Security Systems. This full-time, on-site role focuses on developing sales proposals, engaging customers, and driving presales efforts to meet business objectives.

You will design ELV solutions, assess client requirements, and act as SME during the sales cycle, while collaborating with sales to ensure technical feasibility and delivering compelling documentation and RFP responses.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of pre-sales experience in security/ELV systems.
• Bachelor of Engineering – Electronics & Communications.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• English fluency required; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and understand requirements.
• Build technical relationships with clients.
• Assess client requirements and provide guidance on ELV design and implementation.
• Develop customized technical solutions and proposals.
• Serve as SME during the sales process.
• Collaborate with sales to support bids and ensure technical feasibility for closing deals.
• Prepare documentation, RFPs, and technical materials.
• Drive presales KPIs across product portfolio.
