Job summary

Zillion Solutions Trading WLL in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Presales Engineer for Security Systems. This full-time, on-site role focuses on developing sales proposals, engaging customers, and driving presales efforts to meet business objectives.

You will design ELV solutions, assess client requirements, and act as SME during the sales cycle, while collaborating with sales to ensure technical feasibility and delivering compelling documentation and RFP responses.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of pre-sales experience in security/ELV systems.
• Bachelor of Engineering – Electronics & Communications.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• English fluency required; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and understand requirements.
• Build technical relationships with clients.
• Assess client requirements and provide guidance on ELV design and implementation.
• Develop customized technical solutions and proposals.

Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer Security Systems located in Doha Qatar. The pre-sales engineer will be responsible for developing sales proposals, handling customer inquiries, and driving presales efforts to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement
• Understanding customer requirements and building strong technical relationships
• Assess client requirements and provide technical guidance on ELV system design and implementation
• Solution Design developing customized technical solutions architectures and proposals that align with customer needs and company products portfolio
• Technical Expertise Serve as the technical subject matter expert SME during the sales process
• Sales Collaboration Partner with sales teams to provide technical input support bids and ensure technical feasibility for closing deals
• Documentation Contribute to sales materials RFPs Request for Proposals and technical documentation Drive presales KPI s and handle multiple product portfolio

Experience

• 5-10 Years of Pre Sales Experience

Education

• Bachelor of Engineering – Electronics & Communication
• Exhibits a deep understanding of ELV systems, including security surveillance & access control systems
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
