Job summary

OpturaSoft Pvt Ltd in Qatar seeks an Electrician/ELV/Smart Home technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot ELV and electrical systems on site. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience, knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, structured cabling, and the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• ITI or diploma in Electrical required.
• 3–5 years experience in electrical/ELV installation/maintenance.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or residential projects.
• Knowledge of electrical and smart home codes and safety practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical wiring, lighting, MDB/DB, and final circuits.
• Troubleshoot faults and perform corrective maintenance.
• Install conduits, cable trays, trunking, and pull cables.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Install and terminate ELV cables (CAT6, fiber, coaxial, control).
• Install and maintain CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, and other networks.
• Mount cameras, racks, patch panels, and field devices.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting ELV/Smart Home systems.
• Follow safety policies and coordinate with trades.
