Job summary

AdeptTech Security Solutions is seeking a Presales Engineer in Doha to work with the Sales team and manufacturers. You will ensure bids meet client specifications and provide technical explanations or training as required.

Responsibilities include evaluating RFPs, designing compliant solutions, delivering technical presentations, conducting site surveys, and coordinating with subcontractors. The role requires strong experience in ELV, AV, and IT systems and a transferrable residence permit in

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in bidding and proposals.
• Strong understanding of ELV, AV and IT systems.
• Ability to demonstrate solutions through block diagrams, schematics and ICDs.
• Able to troubleshoot technical issues and respond to technical queries.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFPs properly and raise RFIs.
• Design a fully compliant solution tailored to client needs.
• Take part in technical presentations and deliver POC training.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and conduct site surveys.
• Support sales with pre/post bid activities and handover to projects team.

Job Description The Presales Engineer who will work closely with the Sales team amp Manufacturers to deliver competitive proposals amp Technical Support The role is responsible for ensuring our bids are designed to client specifications with full compliance at competitive rates and to deliver the technical explanation or training whenever required

Responsibilities

• Ensure that bids are turned around on time and in a timely manner
• Evaluate RFPs properly
• raise RFIs
• clarify technical queries well before the submission of proposals
• Design a fully compliant solution
• make proposals to fit client s commercial and technical requirement
• Take part in technical presentations
• Deliver technical presentations to clients consultants to showcase the capabilities of proposed solutions
• Perform detailed site surveys
• coordinate with subcontractors
• participate in pre and post bid meetings and support sales team
• Ensure finalized proposal cost sheet and design information is handed over to the projects team and sales team
• Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
• Conduct proof of concept POC and training for partners system integrators or sub distributors

Skills/Experience

Overall 10 years of experience. Experience in Bidding and proposals. Understanding of ELV, AV and IT systems. Able to demonstrate solutions through block diagrams, schematics, Interface Control Documents and proper review of shop drawings. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Knowledge about major brands in CCTV, Access Control, WLAN & Networking, PA/BGM, Home Automation , SMA/IPTV etc.

Education

Bachelor s degree in engineering or a related field. Candidates need to have valid transferrable residence permit in Qatar.
