Job summary

QatarEnergy LNG seeks an experienced HR professional to lead workforce planning, organization design, and succession initiatives across designated business groups in Doha. You will advise on Qatarization targets and develop talent priorities aligned with company strategy.

The role involves analyzing organizational structures, preparing diagrams, validating change proposals, creating KPIs, and supporting budget processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or business administration.
• 8 years of workforce planning experience.
• Experience in oil & gas industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify root causes of inefficiency and advise on organizational studies.
• Facilitate meetings with department managers to discuss reorganizations and update org charts.
• Review change requests and provide robust analyses and recommendations for approvals.
• Create and review KPIs, analytics, and reports on workforce planning and organizational issues.
• Validate alignment of organization requests with headcount plans and budget.
• Support IT solutions related to Workforce Planning & OD and collect business requirements.
