Job summary

QatarEnergy LNG in Doha seeks a master data analyst to maintain the organizational structure and SAP Org Management. The role includes updating positions, managing contractor data, and ensuring data accuracy across master files and org charts.

Responsibilities cover month-end workforce reports, annual budgeting support, and collaboration with JV partners to streamline data collection and reporting processes. A Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of HR analytics experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or administration.
• 6 years’ experience with analytical and technical skills in personnel and workforce control.
• Experience in SAP org database and statistical applications for data gathering and reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP system and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Organise, administer and update the Company’s master data on organizational structure and positions in SAP Org Management.
• Maintain contractors’ database in SAP and in organisation charts.
• Prepare and update workforce establishment reports via SAP.
• Collate workforce data for annual Corporate Planning benchmarking and budgets.
• Review requests for employee movements, PAFs, and align with MP budget.
• Prepare month-end workforce reports and ad hoc SAP queries for senior management.
• Support annual workforce budgeting, forecasting, and liaison with Department Managers.
