Job summary

Gulf Drilling International in Doha seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to identify, design, and implement integrated L&D plans across operations and functions, aligned with corporate requirements, leadership development, and Qatarisation. You will develop training needs analyses and job criticality assessments to drive performance improvements and compliance.

The role covers budget planning for L&D, governance, competency assessments, and collaboration with HRBP and line

Qualifications

• Identification, development and implementation of comprehensive L&D plans aligned with operations and governance needs.
• Training Needs Analysis for all personnel.
• Preparation of Job Criticality Assessments.
• Professional and career development plans for Nationals in departments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to identify training needs and create targeted learning solutions.
• Design training materials (presentations, e-learning modules, assessments, job aids).
• Ensure content and assessments meet standards and upload to OFLMS.
• Deliver and facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training; use blended learning models.
• Design and deliver Qatarisation programs and Ethics & Compliance training.
• Plan and schedule internal and external training with minimal disruption; maintain training calendars and records.
• Prepare reports and analytics on training participation, compliance and effectiveness.
• Administer competency assessments and On The Job Training programs.
