Job summary

Advanced Search Group seeks an experienced Application Development Officer – Oracle HRMS in Doha, Qatar. You will work hands-on with Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS, focusing on Core HR, Payroll and OTL, while collaborating with HR and payroll teams to deliver reliable enterprise solutions.

Role requires strong PL/SQL, OAF and Oracle Workflow skills, plus XML Publisher and Fast Formula. English fluency is mandatory; Arabic and GCC experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related technical discipline from a reputable university.
• Minimum 8 years of techno-functional experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS, including Core HR, Payroll and OTL.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PL/SQL, OAF and Oracle Workflow, including development, troubleshooting and application support.
• Strong practical understanding of Oracle HR and Payroll processes, with XML Publisher and Fast Formula.
• English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic and Qatar/GCC experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customise, enhance and support Oracle EBS HRMS applications using PL/SQL, OAF, Workflow, XML Publisher and Fast Formula.
• Provide techno-functional support across Core HR, Payroll and OTL, including monthly processing cycles with Payroll teams.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into Oracle technical solutions, workflows, reports and enhancements.
• Support integrations and data flow between HRMS, Finance, SCM and third‑party systems, including testing and debugging.
• Ensure developments comply with data security, governance and technical standards, with proper documentation.
