Job summary

Nebras Energy is seeking an Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our IT Enterprise Solutions team at the Headquarters in Doha. The role blends technical execution with a strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

The successful candidate will work with Payroll teams during monthly cycles, maintain HRMS and custom apps, and ensure smooth data flow across HRMS, Finance, and external systems while upholding security and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.X HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, OTL).
• English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Understanding of Qatar/GCC work environment and culture is a plus.

Responsibilities
