B2C Solutions WLL in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced Oracle E-Business HRMS Developer to maintain HRMS modules and custom applications. You will provide techno-functional support across Payroll, Core HR, and OTL, while ensuring smooth monthly payroll runs and prompt issue resolutions.

The role requires strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite development tools, RICEW components, and integration with Finance/SCM. English and Arabic communication skills are valued.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules (Payroll, Core HR, OTL).
• Experience with development tools and lifecycle in E-Business Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain Oracle E-Business HRMS and custom applications.
• Provide techno-functional support for HRMS modules Payroll Core HR OTL and custom apps.
• Support Payroll core HR Oracle OTL and custom modules.
• Assist payroll teams during monthly payroll runs for smooth execution.
• Identify and resolve urgent payroll issues promptly.
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle E-Business functionality using standard tools.
• Estimate development effort and commit to deadlines.
• Ensure data governance and security best practices in HRMS implementations.
• Support integration with Finance, SCM and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure continuous operations.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer for customized solutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for HRMS.
