Job summary

Swan Global seeks a seasoned Techno-Functional HRMS specialist to lead Oracle EBS HRMS implementations in Doha, conducting workshops and gathering requirements.

You will automate processes, re-engineer workflows, plan timelines for new features, and ensure testing, deployment, and user training across HRMS modules.

With 8+ years in Applications Development and Oracle EBS HRMS expertise, you will mentor users, document activities, and drive ongoing system optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Applications Development with Oracle EBS HRMS expertise.
• Experience with HRMS modules (Self Service, HRMS, Payroll, i-Recruitment, OLM).
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders.
• Automate processes and reengineer workflows.
• Plan timelines for new features and modifications.
• Develop and implement apps using JDeveloper and Oracle Forms/Report Builder.
• Lead end-user training before go-live.
• Monitor HRMS modules daily (Self Service, HRMS Core, Payroll, i-Recruitment, OLM).
• Document activities from project initiation to user manuals.
