Qualifications

• Strong documentation and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, storage, issuance, and movement of project materials.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure timely availability.
• Maintain records of receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and stock balances.
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, engineering, project, and site teams.
• Track purchase orders and delivery status; flag shortages or delays.
• Verify material documentation and specifications.
• Support inventory control and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare material status reports for management review.
