Job summary

Talabat Qatar seeks an experienced operations leader to oversee the country’s supply ecosystem and rider network. You will drive growth, acquisition, and forecasting to ensure coverage and service levels across markets.

Lead 3PL partnerships, set KPIs/SLAs, and foster cross-functional collaboration with People, Finance, Commercial, and Product. A hands-on, process-driven leader will excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Technology/Engineering in Metallurgy is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities essential.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talabat Qatar's supply ecosystem to ensure a sustainable, high-quality rider base.
• Develop and execute supply growth and acquisition strategy aligned with demand.
• Forecast long-term supply and plan coverage to meet service levels.
• Manage 3PL partnerships from onboarding to renewal and performance reviews.
• Drive automation and digital tools to improve visibility and scalability across operations.
