Job summary

Al Jazeera Media Network (AJMN) in Doha invites an experienced Senior Learning Solutions Specialist to partner with business stakeholders to design, implement, and continuously improve learning programs that drive AJMN's strategy. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Learning Solutions, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in learning needs analysis, instructional design, and implementation of learning solutions.
• Experience in designing and managing learning and development programs.
• Knowledge of blended learning, digital learning, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a Senior Learning Solutions Specialist to partner with business stakeholders to launch, sustain, and continuously improve learning and development programs that enable AJMN's strategy and drive the development of competencies and skills. The Senior Learning Solutions Specialist is responsible for conducting learning needs analysis, designing and implementing effective learning solutions, and ensuring delivery in accordance with agreed quality standards. The role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify development needs and deliver impactful learning initiatives aligned with organizational priorities and business objectives.
