Job summary

Talent Leaders Inc. in Doha is seeking an experienced Head of Onboarding and Learning & Development to design and deliver group onboarding, leadership development, and skill-building programmes across the organization.

You will partner with department heads to analyse training needs, build the annual calendar and budget, manage vendors and LMS data, and track impact to support career paths and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education or related field.
• 6+ years of onboarding and learning and development experience.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English.
• Experience with LMS platforms and training administration.
• CIPD, ATD or equivalent L&D qualification preferred.
• Knowledge of Qatar labour environment is an advantage.
