Job summary

QNB Group in Doha is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple large-scale IT projects. You will define project phases and implement plans across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include governance of project delivery, stakeholder communication, risk management, and ensuring alignment with bank objectives while maintaining SLAs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Masters preferred.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services.
• PMI and Prince II certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of large IT projects.
• Define project phases and develop implementation plans.
• Oversee project managers and senior staff on stakeholder management and planning.
• Monitor risks, issues, and budget; ensure adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders and executives.
