Job summary
MUQAWLAT KUWAIT in Qatar seeks an Estimation and Tendering Manager with a civil/landscape background to lead cost planning and tender submissions for large-scale landscape projects. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in estimation and tendering, strong skills in quantity take-off, FIDIC contracts, AutoCAD and Excel, and a track record in infrastructure and public realm works.
Experience with GCC markets is highly preferred; excellent analytical, commercial and negotiation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in estimation and tendering, with landscape project exposure.
- Strong experience in hardscape, softscape, irrigation, public parks, streetscape and infrastructure works.
- Proficient in quantity take-off, cost planning and tender preparation.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and estimation software.
- GCC/Qatar experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
