Guildhall in Doha is seeking an Estimation Manager to own BOQ coding, quantity take-offs, RFQ packages and the technical-commercial sign-off on tenders before submission, reporting directly to the Executive Director and Projects Director. Qualifications

• BOQ coding, quantity take-off and tender preparation are essential.
• Experience leading tender teams and presenting to boards or tender committees.
• GCC infrastructure or high-rise projects experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CCS and RFQ package development.

Responsibilities

• Own BOQ coding, take-offs and full tender preparation in CCS.
• Build RFQ packages including specs, drawings, BOQ and terms.
• Coordinate with contracts teams for fixed-price terms.
• Lead tender comparisons with subcontractors and chair meetings.
• Present weekly tender updates to the Board and tender committee.
