Job summary

Client of Ignite Search and Selection is seeking a seasoned Estimation and Tendering Engineer for Qatar-based projects. You will lead cost estimation, pricing strategy, and tender submissions across GCC markets, driving competitive proposals.

The role includes mentoring junior staff, coordinating with design teams, suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 10–15+ years in estimation and tendering, specifically within GCC construction market.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimating software (Candy/CCS, Primavera).
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Tender Management.
• Studying tender documents, blueprints and specifications to prepare comprehensive cost estimates and proposals.
• Cost analysis and strategy.
