Job summary

Tanint is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer - L2 Operations to support Ericsson ENM and ENE production environments in Qatar. The role involves incident management, deployment coordination, automation, and service assurance in a carrier-grade telecom setting.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, RCA, coordinating releases, and developing automation to improve operational efficiency while ensuring service continuity for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 operational support for Ericsson ENM and ENE production environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents to maintain service availability.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support order orchestration processes and revenue assurance-related data corrections.
• Coordinate software releases, deployments, and post-deployment validation activities.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and customer teams to resolve complex issues.
• Analyze application, system, and platform logs to identify performance and operational problems.
• Support automated build and deployment pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, service-level agreements, and change management practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational knowledge articles.
• Participate in customer-facing discussions, status updates, and technical escalations.
