Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha, Qatar seeks a senior Network and Infrastructure lead to oversee L2/L3 operations, NOC activities, and OEM relations. You will mentor a technical team, own Level-3 support, and drive preventive maintenance and incident resolution in a large enterprise or airport setting.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering/IT, ITIL Foundation, 10+ years of hands-on experience, and strong leadership with security and cybersecurity awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering/IT.
• Certifications relating to core systems such as Aruba/HPE, Cisco and NMS.
• ITIL Foundation.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in large enterprise or airport environments.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of network/infrastructure systems, troubleshooting and OEM management.
• Leadership and mentoring capability.
• Must meet airport security, HSE and cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance across Network & Infrastructure systems.
• Oversee Network L2/L3, NOC, Netka, cable-management/CMS drawings, IPTV and clock systems.
• Lead technical specialists and maintain certified resource coverage.
• Own Level-3 technical support and manage OEM technical escalations.
• Approve SOPs, method statements and preventive-maintenance schedules.
• Provide technical input for infrastructure-related changes.
• Support root-cause analysis and resolution of recurring and major incidents.
• Monitor discipline performance and report to the Service Delivery Manager.
