Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, operate, and optimize assigned technology platforms.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Lead technical activities and complex assignments.
- Develop technical designs, procedures, and documentation.
- Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and security.
- Conduct technical assessments and recommend improvements.
- Support technology implementation, migration, integration, and upgrades.
- Investigate incidents and recurring technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members.
- Coordinate with vendors and technology partners where required.
