The role involves documenting processes, identifying gaps and risks, performing data analysis, and facilitating workshops to drive improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or similar certifications are an advantage.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Document business processes, requirements, and solutions.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
• Support solution design, testing, and implementation.
