Job summary

UCC Holding's Power & Digital delivery division seeks a Data Center Technical Manager to own end-to-end technical integrity from FEED to commissioning, ensuring power, cooling, civil and ICT systems meet hyperscale and colocation standards and are constructable and operable at handover.

Working with the COO and project execution team, the role acts as day-to-day technical authority, owning design standards, OEM interfaces, and risk management across the full delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (BEng/MEng).
• 10+ years in mission-critical facilities or data center projects.
• Experience delivering hyperscale or large-scale data centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams across power, cooling, civil/structural, and ICT disciplines.
• Own technical standards and design basis documentation through FEED.
• Ensure designs are constructable and ready for site execution.
• Coordinate with OEMs, manage technical risk across delivery lifecycle.
