Job summary

Power International Holding is seeking a Holiday Supervisor to lead the planning, development, and delivery of customised holiday and travel packages. You will oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and service excellence.

You will drive improvements, support revenue growth through innovative travel solutions, and ensure compliance with travel regulations and industry standards. GCC experience is preferred and leadership in travel teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Admin, or related field.
• Professional certifications in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related disciplines are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years in travel/tourism/hospitality; GCC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Holidays Operations & Customer Experience, guiding the Holidays Coordinator to deliver outstanding travel experiences.
• Oversee holiday planning, package creation and travel arrangements end-to-end.
• Analyse client requirements to tailor custom holiday packages within budget and objectives.
• Manage travel arrangements: flights, accommodation, transportation, tours, insurance, visas.
• Be primary escalation point for customer concerns and ensure prompt resolutions.
• Monitor feedback and implement improvements to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Design and promote holiday packages and itineraries; liaise with airlines, hotels, and partners for best rates.
• Prepare promotional materials to market packages and maximise revenue opportunities.
• Ensure all travel services are booked and confirmed per customer requirements.
