Job summary

SHA Wellness Clinic seeks a Senior Sales Manager to lead the development and expansion of the GCC market, driving high‑value revenue across SHA destinations in Spain, Mexico and beyond. This role demands an entrepreneurial sales leader with an outbound mindset and a strong Gulf luxury network.

You will be a brand ambassador, build relationships with luxury travel agencies, concierge networks and UHNW clients, and collaborate across Marketing, PR and Operations for a seamless client journey.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in luxury hospitality, wellness, or high-end lifestyle sales with GCC focus.
• Proven track record scaling Gulf markets for international luxury properties.
• Successful outbound sales experience generating and converting high-value opportunities.
• Established network with luxury travel agencies, concierge companies, or UHNW circles.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development of the GCC market and drive revenue across SHA destinations.
• Identify, target and convert new business opportunities with proactive outbound sales.
• Build and manage relationships with luxury travel agencies, concierge networks and private client advisors.
• Drive B2B partnerships and direct-to-consumer sales for diversified growth.
• Represent SHA as a brand ambassador at industry events and high-level networks.
• Provide market intelligence on trends and competitors to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Operations to ensure a seamless client journey.
