Job summary

ember Lifestyle - Luxury Travel & Experiential Design in Doha, Qatar, seeks an Experience Manager to oversee daily VVIP guest operations, plan itineraries, and coordinate luxury concierge services.

You will handle rapid guest requests, liaise with hotels, chauffeurs, and partners, and maintain confidentiality and high-touch etiquette. A GCC-centric background and Arabic-English bilingualism are advantages.

The role demands 24/7 readiness and flawless execution in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in VIP hospitality, luxury concierge services, premium travel operations, or guest relations within the GCC.
• Strong organisational, time-management, and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with a 24/7 service readiness.
• Familiarity with Qatar’s luxury landscape, cultural norms, and service partners.
• Bilingual Arabic–English proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute VIP itineraries including transport coordination, restaurant and venue reservations, activities, and bespoke experience arrangements.
• Provide immediate, high-quality concierge support, handling last-minute changes and operational challenges with accuracy and discretion.
• Serve as a point of contact for guests and their representatives, maintaining polished, professional, and protocol-aligned communication.
• Coordinate with hotels, chauffeurs, aviation partners, cultural venues, security teams, and premium service suppliers.
• Prepare operational documents including daily movement schedules, confirmations, preference sheets, and real-time updates.
• Support hosting duties during arrivals, departures, engagements, and events, ensuring smooth transitions and guest comfort.
• Escalate complex situations to senior team members while maintaining situational control and service consistency.
• Maintain strict confidentiality, cultural awareness, and adherence to luxury service etiquette at all times.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes, SOPs, and guest experience mapping.
