Job summary

RecSeeker in Qatar seeks a Procurement Expert with extensive government procurement, tenders, and contract management experience. The role requires strong analytical and bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English, enabling effective interaction with government entities and suppliers.

You will lead procurement processes, draft contracts, prepare tender reports, and provide training on procurement practices, leveraging modern systems to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 15 years of experience, including 5 in government procurement.
• Experience in contract management, reporting, and tender evaluation.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and tendering processes in line with government regulations.
• Prepare technical and financial reports for tenders and procurement activities.
• Draft, review, and finalize contracts and related documents.
• Conduct statistical analyses for procurement planning.
• Communicate with government entities and private companies in Arabic and English.
• Provide training programs on procurement practices for staff and stakeholders.
• Utilize modern procurement software and systems effectively.
