Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 15 years of experience, including 5 in government procurement.
• Experience in contract management, reporting, and tender evaluation.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

# Procurement Expert### Job DescriptionWe are seeking to hire a highly qualified Procurement Expert. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in government procurement, tenders, and contract management, with strong analytical and communication skills in both Arabic and English.**Key Responsibilities:*** Manage and oversee procurement and tendering processes in compliance with government regulations.* Prepare technical and financial reports for tenders and procurement activities.* Draft, review, and finalize contracts and related documentation.* Conduct statistical analysis and prepare studies necessary for procurement planning.* Handle correspondence with government entities and private companies in both Arabic and English.* Provide professional training programs for staff members and other stakeholders.* Utilize modern electronic systems and procurement software effectively.Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.* Relevant professional training in procurement and tendering (local and international).* Minimum of 15 years’ experience, including at least 5 years in the government sector within procurement.* Proven experience in contract management, reporting, and tender evaluation.* Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).* Must be based in Qatar with a valid residence permit.Experience16 - 20 YearsQualificationsBachelor Degree
