Job summary

Honeywell International Inc in Qatar seeks a Principal Account Manager (Digital Solutions) to grow the connected industrial portfolio, deepen executive relationships, and translate customer needs into measurable value using Honeywell’s digital technologies.

You will lead strategic account plans, drive digital adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, with a focus on IT/OT integration and data analytics for industrial customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in key account management or sales within industrial sector.
Proven track record managing complex accounts and driving growth in IT/OT technologies.
Strong understanding of industrial IoT, automation, and data analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

Own and lead relationships with key accounts in the region, serving as the primary contact for the Connected Industrial business.
Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive customer satisfaction, digital adoption, and business growth.
Engage regularly with executive-level stakeholders to understand priorities and position Honeywell as a long-term digital partner.
Identify and qualify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive expansion strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, project, and aftermarket teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Lead workshops, demonstrations, and presentations to educate customers on Honeywell's digital offerings.
