Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a Digital Learning Specialist to design, develop and deploy digital learning solutions that help teams deliver effective sessions in line with departmental goals. You will work with SMEs and instructional designers to create engaging e-learning modules, videos and simulations, manage the learning platform, and analyze learner data to drive improvements across the organization.

A strong background in LXPs and SAP LMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital learning.
• 5 years in LXPs onboarding and integration is preferred.
• GCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital learning strategies to boost employee development.
• Evaluate digital learning technologies to identify effective solutions.
• Create interactive digital materials including e-learning modules, videos and simulations.
• Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to align content with objectives.
• Manage the digital learning platform, content, users and support.
• Monitor learner engagement and performance data to drive improvements.
• Provide training to employees and managers on using platforms.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in digital learning.
• Partner with HR and leaders to identify learning needs and priorities.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning with digital tools.
