Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Digital Learning Specialist in Doha to design and deploy digital learning solutions using instructional design principles. You will develop engaging e-learning modules, videos, and simulations, and collaborate with SMEs to ensure content meets objectives.

You will manage the learning platform, support users, analyze data, and stay current with trends in digital learning to continuously improve offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience with onboarding and integration of LXPs such as Degreed Cornerstone, 360Learning.
• Operational knowledge of photo and video editing software and tools, visual design skills.
• Solid knowledge of course delivery platforms (Zoom, Webex, Got Training, Teams) and at least one LMS (SAP preferred).
• Working knowledge of digital authoring tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and ScreenFlow.
• ERP knowledge, SAP functional skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy digital learning solutions aligned to departmental goals.
• Create engaging digital learning materials including modules, videos, and simulations.
• Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to align with objectives.
• Manage the digital learning platform: content, users, and support.
• Monitor learner engagement and performance data to drive improvements.
• Provide training and support to employees and managers on platforms.
• Stay informed on trends and best practices in digital learning.
