Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a Digital Learning Specialist to design, develop and deploy digital learning solutions that help teams deliver effective sessions in line with departmental goals. You will work with SMEs and instructional designers to create engaging e-learning modules, videos and simulations, manage the learning platform, and analyze learner data to drive improvements across the organization.

A strong background in LXPs and SAP LMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital learning.
• 5 years in LXPs onboarding and integration is preferred.
• GCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Digital Learning Specialist is responsible to design, develop and deploy digital learning solutions, to help the team deliver effective sessions, applying relevant instructional design and adult learning principles, in compliance with the departmental goals and standards.

Job Responsibilities 1

Develop and implement digital learning strategies and initiatives to enhance employee learning and development opportunities.

Research and evaluate digital learning technologies, platforms, and tools to identify the most effective solutions for delivering training content.

Create engaging and interactive digital learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and simulations, to support a variety of learning needs and preferences.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to design and develop digital learning content that aligns with learning objectives and organizational goals.

Manage the digital learning platform, including content management, user administration, and technical support, to ensure a seamless learning experience for employees.

Monitor and analyze learner engagement and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning programs and make data-driven improvements.

Provide training and support to employees and managers on using digital learning platforms and tools effectively.

Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in digital learning and instructional design to continuously improve digital learning offerings.

Partner with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and priorities, and to develop digital learning solutions that support talent development and business goals.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and development by advocating for the use of digital learning tools and resources throughout the organization.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Experience with onboarding and integration of LXPs such as Degreed Cornerstone, 360Learning

Operational knowledge of photo and video editing software and tools, visual design skills (Storyline, Articulate, Brainshark, Adobe Learning Manager) and ability to storyboard.

Solid knowledge of course delivery platforms (i.e., Zoom, Webex, Got Training, Teams) and at least one Learning Management System (preferably SAP)

Working knowledge of digital authoring tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Screen flow.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.

Job Experience

Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
