Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Qatar seeks a Corporate Lending Business Analyst to gather requirements, prepare BRDs/BRS, and analyze lending and credit processes. You will support Loan Origination and Loan Management System projects, working with Credit, Risk, Operations and Technology teams.

The role requires 12+ years in corporate banking or business analysis, strong communication, and experience in lending transformation and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in corporate banking or business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of corporate lending and credit processes.
• Experience in BRD/BRS preparation and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, BRDs, BRS, and user stories.
• Analyze and improve end-to-end lending and credit processes.
• Support Loan Origination and Loan Management System projects.
• Collaborate with Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Drive lending transformation, process improvements, and automation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
• Participate in UAT, stakeholder discussions, and workshops.
