Job summary

DOHA BANK seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the governance and delivery of a major Core Banking Transformation program with end-to-end leadership across business, operations, technology and transformation functions.

The role requires 15+ years in Banking, 10+ years in Core Banking transformations, and a PMP/PRINCE2 certification; Temenos or Oracle experience is preferred. This on-site leadership position reports to the SVP – Strategic PMO.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Banking and Financial Services.
• 10+ years in Core Banking transformation within a PMO/Transformation Office.
• Experience leading end-to-end Core Banking transformations.
• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification required.
• Experience with Temenos or Oracle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Core Banking PMO and oversee the portfolio of core banking initiatives.
• Develop and manage end-to-end Master Plan for Core Banking and satellite systems.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across Business, Operations, Technology and Transformation.
• Monitor program health, milestones, dependencies and delivery against objectives.
• Provide executive reporting on progress, risks, dependencies and benefits realization.
• Drive delivery within scope, timeline, budget and quality parameters.
• Prepare strategic updates and decision papers for Senior Management and Steering Committees.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and financial controls.
• Support organizational readiness and change management across impacted functions.
• Report to: SVP – Strategic PMO.
