Job summary

Doha Bank is seeking an experienced Team Lead – Enterprise Channels to lead development, integration, and support of the bank's digital banking platforms. You will oversee a team of developers and specialists and drive delivery of enterprise channel solutions while ensuring stability, security, and performance.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in application development, leadership experience, and proven expertise in banking or financial services technology environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in application development, integration, and support.
• 3+ years leading technical teams or projects.
• Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET/NET Core, SQL Server/Oracle, REST APIs, and DevOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers and specialists for enterprise channel solutions.
• Oversee design, development, implementation, and support of Internet/Mobile/Digital Banking applications.
• Drive integration with core banking, payments, and third-party systems; ensure security and scalability.
