Job summary

QNB Group in Doha is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead day-to-day and strategic IT projects across the bank’s global initiatives.

You will define project plans, manage scope, schedule and budget, and ensure delivery within risk and regulatory requirements. The role demands senior leadership, strong communication, and a track record of delivering complex programs in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/related field; Masters preferred.
• At least 12 years of relevant IT project management experience, ideally in international banking.
• Professional certifications such as PMI and Prince II are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and strategic IT projects for the bank.
• Define project plans, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost and quality to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain SLAs and governance with stakeholders and auditors.
• Develop and implement project management policies and methodologies.
