Job summary

Lesha Bank LLC (Public) is seeking a Delivery Lead – Investments in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on delivering the bank's investment management platform and managing a broad technology change agenda across front, middle, and private wealth functions.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in investment technology, with strong delivery management, business analysis, and vendor/PMO governance experience. PMP required; CFA/CAIA desirable. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha.

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in investment management, private wealth, or asset management technology
Proven delivery experience across waterfall, Agile, and iterative models
Proven business analysis across front/middle office and portfolio management workflows
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of the investment management platform build-out and the program of downstream work
Select and apply appropriate delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, iterative) based on work nature and risk
Own technology work integrating with internal/external platforms, market data providers, and third parties
