Job summary

QNB Group in Qatar seeks a Compliance professional to manage and oversee the domestic regulatory compliance function. You will cover business and operations teams, ensuring adherence to QCB, QFMA, QFCRA, QE, and other regulatory requirements, while aligning with group policies and industry best practices.

The role requires identifying compliance risks, guiding strategy, and coordinating with regulators and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with professional qualifications such as CIA/CCO/CISI.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a major banking institution or consultancy.
• Strong analysis and synthesis capabilities; fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess domestic compliance risks across business and operations.
• Support development and implementation of compliance policies and training.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and internal audit teams as required.
