Job summary

Consulture Search seeks a Senior Enterprise Risk Management Officer to support the implementation and management of the ERM framework across the organisation in Doha, Qatar. You will identify, assess and mitigate risks to support regulatory compliance and operational efficiency, working with departments to embed risk practices into daily operations and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business administration or related.
Professional qualification such as CRMP is desirable.
Five to seven years of risk management experience, preferably in insurance.

Responsibilities

Identify and assess risk exposure across business units.
Develop risk profiles and conduct risk assessments and audits.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies with department heads.
Support ERM framework implementation and align with strategic planning.
Monitor key risk indicators and prepare reports for senior management and the Board.
Deliver training on ERM and keep staff updated on regulatory changes.
