Job summary

Qureos Inc in Doha is seeking a proactive Client Relations & Corporate Services Executive to manage corporate client relationships and coordinate onboarding and compliance activities. The role emphasizes KYC, AML, and CDD processes and supports company registrations and licensing within the QFC environment.

You will act as the primary contact for client inquiries, maintain records, and liaise with regulators and internal teams to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relations, KYC, onboarding, or compliance support.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML and Customer Due Diligence procedures.
• Experience with corporate services and QFC processes is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring a high standard of service and responsiveness.
• Coordinate client onboarding, including KYC documentation, due diligence and AML compliance requirements.
• Assist clients with company registrations, licensing, renewals and amendments, particularly within QFC.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, documentation requests and ongoing account servicing.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate corporate services processes.
• Maintain accurate client records, compliance documentation and onboarding files.
• Monitor outstanding client requirements and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Support client retention through proactive relationship management and effective service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to internal compliance procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
